the copyright in architectural work has been constructed not include right prevent making, distributing, or public display of pictures, paintings, photographs, or other pictorial representations of work, if building in work embodied located in or ordinarily visible public place.




the definition of architectural work building, defined humanly habitable structures intended both permanent , stationary, such houses , office buildings, , other permanent , stationary structures designed human occupancy, including not limited churches, museums, gazebos, , garden pavilions . freedom of panorama buildings not apply art, however.
