shri ram centre performing arts (srcpa) @ mandi house on safdar hasmi marg, new delhi, close kendra, run indian national theatre trust established in 1958 promotion of art , culture, people sheila bharat ram, kamla devi chattopadhyay,nandita kriplani , aditya srivastava associated it. centre runs certified 2 year acting course. srcpa theatre repertory company started in 1980 , puppet theatre company, on years saw rise of modern puppetry under puppeteer dadi padamjee.


the present building of centre opened in ‘60’s. designed shiv nath prasad theatre doyen, ebrahim alkazi, , constructed under overall supervision of industrialist vinay bharat ram of shriram group (dcm ltd.), industrialist family of lala shri ram. shankar lal murli dhar auditorium has capacity of 375 people @ 2 levels; 300 in stall & 75 in balcony.
