global sales reached 50,000 units mid february 2013, , 100,000 unit mark mid january 2014, representing 45% market share of worldwide pure electric vehicles sold since 2010. 200,000 unit milestone reached in december 2015.


as of june 2015, leaf available in 46 countries in 4 continents. of november 2015, top markets leaf sales u.s. (88,244), japan (about 57,000), europe (about 48,000), , canada (3,076), representing 99% of leaf global sales. of september 2015, norway ranked market leader in europe 14,736 new units sold,
