the secretary home affairs, mr tsang tak-sing attended mong kok stadium s official re-opening ceremony. celebrate re-opening of stadium, leisure , cultural services department organised ceremony 15 november 2011 , invited russian national youth team friendly football match hong kong youth representative team. sport towel, limited edition souvenir specially produced celebrate re-opening of stadium, distributed each attendee make meaningful day more memorable. there performances including rhythmic drumming flag waving, , wushu , lion dance, showing unique chinese flavour. ceremony featured impressive performances cheering teams , hong kong police band.
