sacred microdistillery s spirits produced in small batches of few hundred bottles time, distilled english grain spirit. each botanical macerated in alcohol 4–6 weeks , distilled individually. these distillates blended final part of production process.

london dry gin

sacred gin, 40%. london dry gin, made using 12 individually distilled botanicals, including juniper, fresh whole citrus fruits, green cardamom, , boswellia sacra (hougary frankincense), sacred takes name.
sacred organic gin, 43.8%. london dry gin, produced using organic english wheat spirit , 8 organically sourced botanicals.

botanical gin

as each of sacred s botanicals distilled individually , blended, possible produce gins of different blend ratio. allowed ian hart produce range of 6 botanical gins , in 1 botanical increased in blend.

sacred pink grapefruit gin, 43.8%. made large amount of spanish , italian pink grapefruit.
sacred juniper gin, 43.8%. produced tuscan juniper berries.
sacred coriander gin, 43.8%. using coriander seeds, common botanical in gin.
sacred cardamom gin, 43.8%. made aromatic organic green cardamom pods guatemala.
sacred orris gin, 43.8%. orris root, root of iris plant. orris has floral , earthy flavour.
sacred licorice gin, 43.8%. licorice root used in gin natural sweetener, , traditionally used instead of sugar make old tom gin.

sacred christmas pudding gin, 40%. made juniper , real christmas puddings, cooked ian s great aunt nellie s recipe. designed taken shot out of freezer after christmas lunch.

vodka

sacred london dry vodka, 40%. wheat vodka redistilled 7 botanicals, similar in character gin, no juniper, coriander or citrus botanicals. sacred holds trademark london dry vodka.
sacred organic vodka, 40%. blend of english organic wheat spirit , english organic rye spirit.

vermouth

sacred english spiced vermouth, 18%. dark, rosso style of vermouth made english white wine gloucestershire. wine fortified , bittered wormwood, grown in west country sacred, , 23 other botanicals.
sacred english amber vermouth, 21.8%. medium-sweet amber style vermouth, made english white wine gloucestershire , 16 botanicals.
sacred english dry vermouth, 21.8%. extra-dry vermouth, made english white wine gloucestershire , 16 botanicals including thyme, intended dry martini cocktail, usable in other mixed drinks.

aperitifs

sacred rosehip cup, 18%. bittersweet liqueur, made rosehips, gentian root , 25 other botanicals. liqueur made negroni cocktail, , can used english alternative campari.

bottled cocktails
