on june 1, 1959 2 countries signed agreement on abolition of visas holders of diplomatic , service passports. on january 31, 1975 signed agreement on abolition of tourist visas citizens of 2 countries.


in 2008 greek deputy foreign ministers yannis valinakis , theodoros kassimis visited argentina, , met representatives of greek community. deputy minister valinakis talked important role played greek communities in argentina, , signed bilateral agreement on economic cooperation. part, deputy minister kassimis met victorio taccetti, , signed bilateral agreement on scientific , technological cooperation. met relatives of members of greek community, disappeared during military dictatorship.
