coming off bye week, jets stayed @ home, donned new york titans throwbacks again, , played week 6 duel winless cincinnati bengals. in first quarter, jets trailed bengals strong safety chinedum ndukwe returned fumble 15 yards touchdown. new york respond qb brett favre completing 2-yard td pass rb thomas jones. in second quarter, jets took lead kicker jay feely got 38-yard field goal, while jones got 7-yard td run. cincinnati closed out half qb ryan fitzpatrick getting 1-yard td run.


in third quarter, new york began pull away feely nailed 43-yard field goal. in fourth quarter, jets closed game out jones getting 1-yard td run (with failed 2-point conversion).


with win, new york improved 3–2.
