ranabai took live samadhi @ village harnawa on bhadrpadi shukla trayodashi samvat 1627 (1570 ad). ranabai s brother bhuwanji built kachchi samadhi after died. samadhi still present near temple of gopinath in harnawa. worship of samadhi , gopinath temple done traditionally descendants of family.


on samadhi site @ harnawa village there annual grand fair organized every year on hindu calendar date bhadva sudi teras, when devotees come far-off places. devotees stay @ adharamshala near samadhi site.
