ambard lost house gordon grant , company in 1919, when unable make mortgage payments. inhabited american, william pettigrew humphrey, , family 1925 1940. house purchased humphrey timothy roodal , has stayed within family. home of roodal s granddaughter, dr yvonne morgan , family, , called roomor house, based upon combination of roodal , morgan family names. house has been well-maintained , true original design. listed heritage site , protected under national trust act.
